These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TableSaved ("Service"), operated by TableSaved ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
By creating an account, subscribing to the Service, or otherwise accessing TableSaved, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
By accessing or using TableSaved, you represent that:
TableSaved is a SaaS platform that automatically responds to missed calls on behalf of your business via SMS. The Service includes:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
All features included. Billed monthly. No setup fees, no per-message charges, no hidden costs. 14-day free trial available — no credit card required to start.
The Service is billed on a monthly subscription basis at $97.00 per month. Your billing cycle begins on the date you provide payment information and activate your paid subscription. Subsequent charges are automatically billed on the same calendar day each month.
New customers may access the Service free of charge for 14 days. No credit card is required to begin a free trial. At the end of the trial period, continued use of the Service requires a valid payment method on file. If no payment method is added, your account will be paused.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days' written notice sent to your registered email address. Continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card information. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected within 7 days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account until the outstanding balance is resolved.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at sullivanrm14@gmail.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service through the end of your paid period.
All subscription fees are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge in question. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service.

By using TableSaved, you agree that all SMS messages sent through our platform will comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, CTIA guidelines, and all other applicable federal, state, and local laws governing electronic communications.
As a business customer using our SMS features, you are responsible for:
TableSaved automatically processes STOP replies and will cease messaging any number that has opted out. You must not attempt to re-message opted-out numbers or circumvent this mechanism in any way.
Messages sent through the Service are generated by AI on your behalf. You agree that you are responsible for reviewing and ensuring that your configured business information does not result in false, misleading, or harmful messages to your customers.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend your account if we determine that the Service is being used in violation of telecommunications laws or carrier policies, without prior notice and without liability.
You agree not to use TableSaved to:
Violation of this Acceptable Use policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
TableSaved and all associated software, designs, logos, trademarks, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose during your active subscription.
You retain ownership of the business content and data you provide to the Service (e.g., your restaurant name, hours, menu). By inputting this content, you grant us a license to use it solely to provide and improve the Service.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
We do not warrant that AI-generated SMS responses will be accurate, appropriate, or effective in all circumstances. You are solely responsible for the outcomes of automated communications sent to your customers.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TABLESAVED, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
This includes, without limitation, damages for:
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to TableSaved in the three months immediately preceding the claim, or (b) $100.00.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TableSaved and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

Upon termination by either party, your right to access the Service ends. Sections covering payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify registered users via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cancel your subscription before they take effect.
