Information from Callers (End Users)

When a caller triggers our missed call response system, we collect:

• Caller phone number (provided automatically by the telephone carrier)
• Date and time of the missed call
• Call status (e.g., no-answer, busy)
• Content of SMS conversations with our AI (to handle reservations and inquiries)

Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our website or use our dashboard, we may automatically collect:

• IP address and browser type
• Pages visited and time spent
• Device type and operating system
• Referring URLs

2 SMS Messaging

How SMS Works

When a call to a business's phone number is not answered, TableSaved automatically sends an SMS to the caller's number. This message is sent on behalf of the business and may include:

• A greeting acknowledging the missed call
• Answers to common questions about the business
• Options to book a reservation or request a callback

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the nature of the conversation. Typically, you will receive one initial message per missed call, with additional messages only if you reply and continue the conversation.

Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from TableSaved at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for assistance at any time.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. TableSaved is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

3 How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver and operate the TableSaved service, including sending automated SMS responses
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Provide your dashboard with call history, SMS logs, and analytics
• Personalize AI responses based on your business information
• Send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts, service alerts)
• Improve the accuracy and performance of our AI models
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
• Respond to customer support requests

We do not sell your personal information or caller data to third parties for marketing purposes.

4 Third-Party Services

TableSaved relies on trusted third-party providers to deliver our service. Each provider is subject to their own privacy policy and data processing terms.

We share your data with these providers only to the extent necessary to provide the TableSaved service. We do not authorize these providers to use your data for their own marketing purposes.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Specifically:

• Call and SMS records — retained for 12 months from the date of the call, then automatically deleted
• Account information — retained for the duration of your subscription and up to 90 days after cancellation
• Billing records — retained for 7 years as required by applicable tax and financial regulations
• Caller opt-out records — retained indefinitely to honor opt-out requests

6 Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

• Encryption of data in transit using TLS/HTTPS
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest in our database
• Access controls limiting who within our team can access personal data
• Use of service-role keys and environment variable management for API credentials
